With a foundation in education from Sheridan College, where I earned an Honours Bachelor of Illustration, my journey in the creative arts has been vibrant and diverse. Starting as an assistant manager at a Toronto art supply store, I immersed myself in the world of art, stationery, and office supplies, nurturing my passion for the materials that bring art to life.

I am captivated by watercolours, fountain pen ink, gouache, printmaking and any paint I can explore. My artistic process involves a tra-digital technique, including painting traditionally which I then scan and enhance digitally to add intricate details and highlights. This fusion creates a unique blend of texture and depth in my work. I also delve into crafting my own ink colours from natural materials, inspired by the history and significance of colours.

As a devoted lover of art supplies, plants, animals, colour and the natural world, I find endless inspiration in these subjects, weaving them into my projects whenever possible.
